Chris Bayne, Life Enrichment Director

I joined Wood Ridge in October 2008 as the Housekeeper. In April 2011 I then became the Life Enrichment Director for the community. I have worked in healthcare facilities six years in housekeeping and laundry.

I like doing activities with the residents becasue I enjoy working with them and it brings meaning to my life. I especially love doing crafts with the residents and taking them out on outings. I was born and raised in South Bend, Indiana.

I am married to my husband, Mike. I have three daughters, one son and three grandchildren. I love to garden in my spare time. Also, I am a big Notre Dame football fan and look forward to football season every year.
