Judy Hoese, Administrator

I joined the Wood Ridge Team in January 2007. My experience prior to assisted living had been in Skilled Nursing Facilities. I received my Bachelors Degree from Central Michigan University. My first job after graduation was at a skilled nursing facility in St. Joseph, Michigan. I was hired as the receptionist and then promoted to Business Office Manager and then to Administrator. I have been a licensed Administrator in both Indiana and Michigan.

I have worked in the health care industry for over 30 years. Assisted Living has been my favorite area in which to provide my expertise, guidance and care for the elderly. At Wood Ridge, I focus on creating environments where joy, independence and wellness are the focus each and every day.

I have been married to Ken since 1977 and we have grown children – Andrea, Greg and his wife Brean – as well as one grandson, Dylan. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, especially my grandson. Reading is also a favorite past time of mine.
